Do people in the UK get pin codes?

Hi I am registered on Disneyworld.com and have quotes saved but I am from the UK and have never had a pin code.

So I wondered if pin codes only go to US residents?

I have heard of a couple of people on the UK site getting pin codes, but the way the exchange rate is they found it cheaper to book on www.waltdisneyworld.co.uk even with the pincode!

I'm in Ireland and I've had a couple of codes before but I never get e-mail notifications. The only way I've found out was when I called and asked a CM.
