Do online reservations become available at midnight?

Good evening,
Quick question (basically already asked in the subject): if I want to make a reservation online, and my 7 month window become available on the 8th, does that reservation window open at midnight tonight or sometime early morning, such as when member services opens?

My assumption is it's midnight, but I don't want to stay up late for nothing.

Yes, midnight EST. I did this last year to book GCV and was glad I did as it was completely booked for our dates by 10am that day.

If you are booking the first day at 11 months out or 7 months out, it is 8am eastern one hour prior to MS opening.

the booking system is open 24/7 for other bookings.

That's three for 8am and one for midnight, so I'll go with the 8am, as that means I can go to sleep soon.

8am sharp. If you try a minute early you will get a notification that you are outside your booking window. You can set it up a few minutes ahead of time if you want, and if you click to early you can always just go back and resubmit. I know my iPad clock was about a minute ahead of the websites 8 am.

The only time it was anything other than 8am was during a computer glitch, which was fixed.
