Do NOT use Florida Towncar

I had been emailing ************** dot com for a quote. They gave me one quote and then turned around and upped the price. I then asked for them to break it down a bit and when I questioned the differences, this is the response email I received from them:

"THE PROBLEM WITH COMPUTORS IS YOUR THE ONE THAT WAS CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND IT WAS YOU THAT DIDN'T GET IT , NOW IT IS YOU THAT
IS LEAVING THE THE TABLE , SIMPLY PUT...........
GOOD BY AND GOOD RIDENS!!!!!!!!"

Nice customer service, I must say. Just a caution to anyone who might be dealing with this business. If anyone has a different company they could refer me to, I would appreciate it.

We used FL Towncar in May for our transportation to the Port from Disney, booked through the link on this website and had great customer service. From my original booking, through a pick up time change and then on our trip, I have found them to professional, courteous and to deliver what they promised. They called the day before our trip to confirm our arrangements and then again to offer us an earlier pick up. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at ourt pick up spot and was very courteous - we enjoyed our ride to the port in a towncar.

We are using them again in February and they have been very helpful since i changed my plans several times.

I'm sorry to hear that you had problems. Do a search for transportation companies, there are several to chose from.

i would actually be reluctant to use any company that couldn't even spell correctly. pls clarify that it is not the board sponser others have mentioned.

It is not FL tours, it IS FL towncar. I am just appalled that in an economy like this, I would get that type of response. Apparently new business is not important to them.

My extreme apologies - you are absolutely correct - we used and will be using again FL TOURS - the sponosr of this site - I hope too that the OP dealings were with "towncars" - that would make more sense.

Just goes to show how careful you need to be when enter websites on the internet - thank you for addressing my mistake.

That spelling has me Just as well you dumped them, I'd be nervous that they couldn't read well enough to pass a driving test either.
