FYI...I ordered my reward dollars about 2 weeks ago online so I can have them in time to pay towards my final payment. Several days ago I realized I haven't rec'd them yet. So I call Chase and it shows it's been taken out of the account but no card issued. So they tell they will put an inquiry and call me back in 48 hours.
Luckily I requested it way in advance just in case. Of course I tell customer service an earlier date...so long story short they call back to tell me it won't make it by the time I need it but they will call me with the card number two days prior to when I need it. Another call the next day to say they can't give me the # over the phone but will rush ship it and I should get it the day after I need it (again my cushion on time will be fine).
They could tell I was annoyed so they gave me an extra $20 of reward dollars for the inconvenience!
Now let's hope I get it in time!
So when I add the rest of the dollars before the cruise I WILL be CALLING them to transfer it! No more online must be some kind of glitch
