Do Navigators stay consistent?

Or do they change every cruise? We have friends going on the same cruise but 3 weeks before us. Would our navigators be pretty similar?

The Navigators don't change much except for the nightly entertainment if they are bringing an act on board. Those can change from cruise to cruise.

Generally speaking they stay pretty much the same. They may change up some of the movies, depending on what is playing in theatres.
