Do I need water shoes for the dolphin swim?

Is it really necessary are my feet going to hurt w/o them?
I hate to pack 4 pairs of shoes if I dont need them.

I didn't use them. SOme people said they needed them not for the swim per say, but for the coral reef area.

I didn't bring them on the trip at all, and I was fine... but agian if you have senstive feet, or whatever.. you may want to.

I saw more people without them than with them.
