I believe this whole walking thing has gotten out of control. It is getting harder and harder to get what you want at 11 months out. I've been trying to get a standard view BWV studio for the last week of Food and Wine and it's been made so difficult by people walking that by 8:01 am the first night is gone and you have to log in every day trying to nab a day here and there.
It's already a popular location during a popular time to go but then when you add in people trying to walk reservations to Thanksgiving it makes it very difficult to get what you want. I've been glued to my computer grabbing days as I see them and have gotten Nov. 1 - Nov. 5 but wasn't able to get Nov. 5 yesterday, but did manage to get Nov. 6 this morning but Nov. 7 was not available. I did wait list the night of Nov. 5 but will have to wait until tomorrow to waitlist Nov. 7.
