Do I need to verify?

I made all of my ADR 180 out for our trip in Sept. When should I check on my ADR's? or Do I even need to call to verify them?
 
I always verify. I have found an error in the past, too. Glad I corrected it while I was home, rather than hoping they could squeeze me in at the restaurant.
 
You can ck if it makes you feel better. I do sometimes. It called sanity for me. I am OCD! LOL
 

Verifying is a very good idea. But I never do it. I keep my ADR confirmation #s with me and thankfully have not had a problem (but I am sure once I do have a problem I will start verifying).
 
I always do. I had them put part of my ADR's in the wrong month befor. There is another thread going that tells of a lady having the same thing happen. Lucky for me I was able to catch it in enough time to fix it with out a major change. She had to move the meal by several hours :eek:.

and i get the print-out upon check-in

of course, i always bring my ADRs to the restaurant itself

yep - i'm that obsessive.
 
I struggle with this question and go back and forth as to what I'm going to do, call or not call. I'll just make sure I have all my ADR res. #'s with me and hope for the best.:thumbsup2
 
1) I always call back later and confirm the ADR's.
2) There are frequent typo-type mistakes.
3) There are also mistakes because of CM's rushing.
4) Many Dining CM's make money on a per-call basis.
5) So, they rush through the ressie and mistype a day, date, time, or place.
 
There was just a woman on this or another board that told about finding in that they had made all her ADRs correctly except for one, which they make for a completely different month and not at all similar to what she had requested - so she couldn't have what she wanted because trying to get it now - it was too late.

I always call and confirm - and I ALWAYS confirm the resort reservation and bring a copy of the confirmation with me at check in because I ran into trouble twice before when I didn't.

i always call the next day to make sure they are right. or even just a couple hours later. i figure if its in there then it will stay in there, and i can fix any small mistakes then. i wouldnt wait too long to verify because then youll be out of luck if its wrong.
then i call back a day or two before we go, just being neurotic.
 
I call once shortly after making ADR's (like a day or two after) when I'm done making any additions or changes to see if they got it right. I never verify as I'm making changes because I feel that is when the mistakes are most likely to happen. If calling that day or two after making them a mistake is discovered, there is still time to react.

Always take your conf. numbers with you. I usually get printout from concierge to verify and take that with me to parks. It has come in handy once when CM at podium couldn't find me in her podium terminal. No problem seating after providing conf. number.
