Quick question for you guys...I ordered Disney tickets through a third party site (Tickets at Work) and chose the e-ticket option. I have the Disney confirmation number that I can put into MDE and link to the Magic Bands. Are the magic bands/tickets then ready to use, and I can go directly to the park entrance? Or do I need to still pick up tickets at the will call? The tickets are for my parents, so I can't see what it looks like in MDE until they enter the confirmation number.
I spoke to a CM over the phone who was saying that the tickets are only linked to the Magic Bands for FP+ purposes and the tickets still need to be picked up at the window. I'd never heard of this before, and she gave incorrect info earlier in the conversation, so I wanted to check in with you guys and see if anyone had gone through this before.
