Do I Need to Cancel ME

My TA scheduled us for ME and I have the vouchers, etc., but I noticed that our Flight Information was not provided. We are renting a car instead. Do I need to call them tonight (it is for tomorrow afternoon) and cancel or does it not matter either way?
