Do I need new wristbands?

Forgive my ignorance...I have wristbands from our trip last summer, an d we have another trip scheduled for this March. Do I need to order new wristbands? We have APs associated with the old bands...

If you have the opportunity to get new bands with a new resort stay, there's no real reason why not. You'll get plain gray ones when you arrive at the resort if you haven't personalized them. It's kinda fun color-coordinating bands sometimes. There isn't anything actually on the band itself but a code to talk to the computer to access your MDX account. You can have multiple bands and cards attached to the same account and they work interchangeably.

Do I need to order new wristbands?

If you are staying at a WDW resort, you will be sent new MagicBands (whether you "need" them or not.)
If you don't customize new ones in advance, they will hand you generic bands at check-in.

Any MagicBands that you have now, plus any new ones, can ALL be used on your upcoming trip(s.)
