Do I need my reservation email? What can I expect when I show up at the gate?

So, I have our DLR tickets, have logged them into my Disney account, and have made reservations on the Disney website. Received confirmation emails for all of them (reservations were done at different times). Only some of the emails have confirmation QR codes and state I have to show the email, others just have the name and date of the person, with no instructions of needing the email. Because the tickets are linked to the reservation, do we even need the emails? Also, for our two day and three day passes in our party, will we be having our pictures taken as well?

Have you linked the tickets to the Disneyland app? If so you can just pull up the tickets in the app, show them to the cast member at the gate and they will take your photo and give you paper tickets. They will be able to see your reservations as well.

You don't "need" the reservation confirmation. With 17 of us in the last 18 mos, going about every 2 weeks, we have only needed the confirmation 1 time for 1 person. It was a fluke early in the system.

Make sure the tickets are linked to your Disneyland app. When you get to the front, show them that. You'll need to show them for each person and yes, they will take each person's photo.

We didn't need to show the reservation, I had the tickets in my app. They will take your picture on the first day.
