I just faxed off the brevard county marriage licence info today in order to get my marriage licence through the mail and there was something on there asking where the bride and groom are born...

now, I was born in Frankfurt Germany because my dad was in the military...

do you think I'll have to show my birth certificate because of that? I really hope not because I sent it off to get my passport (which hasn't come in yet) and don't know how quickly I could get a copy of it made if I needed it!!! :sad2:

Please cross your fingers for me that this will not be an issue.. I"m soooo worried right now! :scared:

You shouldn't. NC's forms are almost the same as FL, and we just had to say where we were born. Also, ours asked where our parents were born, including county. DFiL was born in Germany and was later adopted from there. Do they even have "counties?" We got to leave that part blank and it was no big deal. You should be fine.

oh, I hope you're right... thanks.. your post has made me feel a little bit better. pshew! :flower3:
