do I need any permission forms?

Hi all,
A quick question..
I am taking my 16 year old sister to wdw in september. We are also on a 3 night DCL cruise.
I know that i need my mum to sign a form for DCL but do I need anything else to show that I have my parent permission to bring her to the US?

I did lots of research in 2008 when we took DS's school friend age 13, his 14th Birthday was whilst we were out there.
For immigration you don't need anything.
For DCL they originally told me we needed a Notorized letter, DS's friends parents went as far as seeing someone about getting one, they were told he was wasting his time and their money, 100% not required for a cruise. After many calls I got to speak to a supervisor at DCL who agreed, UK travellers do not require any such document. Her only concern was if the minor had to have medical attention whilst in the US. She suggested a signed permission from his parents and to carry his Mums passport for proof of signature. I composed this form on my website which they filled in and we carried with her passport.
Others have used this since and no-one has had any problems as far as I know.

I know that there is a form that DCL have on their website so I will use that just in case but i have a feeling that they won't bother to ask for it!

We're taking our nieces and after very long conversations with Disney and a lot of immigration research - we're pretty convinced we don't need anything.

But as Wayne suggests, we are taking a signed letter anyway, should any medical emergencies occur.

We take our foster children every year and always have letters of authority never needed them to get into the US but have had to show them on returning to the UK even though the girls have UK passports
