Do I need ADR for lunch at Sci Fi in mid Dec?

Trying not to overplan - have all dinner ADRs made. Can we get in for lunch DEc 14-18 without ADR?

Sci-Fi is pretty popular. I'd make a reservation. It's free and you can always cancel it later.

I'd say definitely! Sci-fi is really small in comparison to other WDW restaurants. Plus, people watch the movies which makes them eat a little "longer". So they can't turn around tables as fast as other places. It makes it harder to get into.

We usually go around that time and have always found ADRs to be necessary for SciFi lunches. You can take your chances, of course, but I would make them.

Sci Fi is such a fun place for lunch. Lots of people go there, and as others have said, due to it's unique layout it doesn't seat that many people. I would definitely make an ADR -- we did, but got hungry earlier and asked if there was room -- of course there wasn't any. It really fills up fast!B
