Do I need a new program?

Hi. I have been really trying to digital scrapbook. I am having some issues. I have the programs Jasc Paint Shop Pro Studio Version 1.01 (dell edition) and Macromedia Fireworks. Can I do anything with these?
I am really have a hard time printing? They turn out blurry.
I am also having a tough time rotating and sizing things...

It depends on what version of PSP comes in that package and if it's the full version or just a partial version. I use PSPX and it works fine for digital scrapping.

If your stuff is blurry when you print, but looks fine on the computer screen, then you are probably using low resolution images, which print grainy or blurry. 300 dpi is the standard for good printing, you want to have at least 200 dpi, tho.
