Do I need a fastpass to see Fantasmic?

I thought it was a show that anyone could go to but I see a fastpass option....?

You don't need a FP for any show. A FP for Fantasmic just allows you an extra area to sit in. There's a dining package area, a FP area directly next to that, then the rest is standby.

If you want a center view then aim to get there about 45 min prior to showtime. If you don't care about sitting off center (still good view) then you can show up closer to showtime. I would just show up at least 20 min prior

You don't need a fadtpass. Plan on arriving no less than 45 minutes early to ensure you get seats.
