Do I need a Fastpass for DINOSAUR?

Hi

I booked all my Fastpasses yesterday and it all went well. I have 2 days at AK and I have a safari booked at night the first time. I booked a second safari on the second day as a backup in case the first safari doesn't have as many animals. I am tempted to swap the second one for a DINOSAUR fastpass. My feeling was DINOSAUR isn't that hard to get done with a 4th fastpass on the day of. Should I just book for DINO and not worry about the second safari?

you will be able to get a same day FP for Dino most likely. We have had luck almost every time we've gone to AK.

Keep KS as animals are out more in the mornings. We did a night one once and it was a let down. Dino can usually get on with a 4th fp or short wait.

Can def get a 4th FP. I had 6 people and was able to get one late in the afternoon.

Dinosaur often comes up later in the afternoon as a 4th or 5th fp.

We've rarely needed a FP for Dinosaur unless you are there are a very busy time.
We have done RD for FoP, then Navi gone over to Dinosaur and walk on.
Usually easy to get as a later FP.

Depends some on time of year and how busy the park is (and how late you're staying in the park) but we've found that we've often been able to get on via standby with little wait or grab a later fastpass.

You will almost certainly be able to get Fastpass for it, but the wait times are often not too bad at certain times.

One time Dinosaur gets really jammed is when storms close down the other areas. When that happens even a FP won’t help you because everyone who wanted to go on Safari or Everest or the walking trails etc is now heading to Dino with their replacement FP!

But usually you can get FPs same day no problem.
