Do I need a car seat for the taxi?

Saw a discussion about ground transportation and just wanted to clarify from those who know. I have a DD3 and DS2 that I need to transport from SNA to DL. Will I need car seats if I take a taxi? I am pretty sure I wouldn't if I took the bus.

Yes, you need car seats on the taxi, but not the bus. If it is a 15 pass maxi van, you would need car seats though. We use Disneyland Resort Express because they always use Greyhounds so we don't have to bring car seats.

Yes. I put my DD in her car seat regardless of the transportation.

Legally you do. Disneyland Express is a tour bus which does not because of compression theory (like school buses).
