Do I include kids under 3 when making a reservation

Not sure, ifi need to include my 15 month twins when I make a reservation. They will need a high chair, but we were not planning on paying for then since they are under 3.

Yes, you have to include them when making your ADRs. It has to do with things like head counts for fire codes, which all ages are included in, and nothing to do with paying for them.

Yes their included in the reservation, also I request a highchair at the time I'm booking and list allergies at that time.
