Hi,
I am traveling with a party of 9 - 6 adults , 2 children and 1 infant ( under three)
Do I include the infant in the reservation number? If I do, will we be charged for her automatically at buffets? (Chef Mickey's) what about table service restaurants?

Yes, you need to include everyone, no matter how young, because of fire code regulations. Anyone 2 and younger will not be charged at buffets and you can prepare a plate for him/her. At TS restaurants your infant can eat off your plate and you will only be charged if you order something specifically for the little one.

Yep. You won't be charged for any party member under age 3 unless you order something specifically for them at an a la carte, But you must include them on the reservation everywhere.

If you're booking a prepaid, they will give you space to specify how many adults (10 and older), how many children (3-9) and how many infants (0-2).
