Do I have to request a private MDR table for a party of 7?

My party of 7 is in three rooms but the reservation was all made by the same person, under the same account, at the same time.

Do I have to request that we get our own table or will they automatically stick us all together?
I also want to make sure that we aren't seated with another family.

Each room is it's own reservation. Each has it's own reservation number. If all the rooms are linked, you will be seated together, without requesting it.

Generally, the largest table seats 8, so it's most likely that you won't be seated with others.

Just make sure all reservations are linked.

You will definitely all be together. It is unlikely that some other party would be seated with you, but it's not impossible.
