Do I have to call to cancel?

We decided to move our cruise dates up a week. I’ve rebooked for the new dates, but need to cancel the old. I don’t see anywhere online to cancel. Am I missing it somewhere or do I need to call?

This is pretty high up on my want list... making it harder to cancel doesn't keep people on the cruise. It just adds to the call queue and rubs salt in the wound.

Okay, are wait times just as crazy (hours) for DCL as they are for WDW resort etc?
I can wait to call cruise is not until November 2022.

Agreed. You can book online, you should be able to cancel online . . .

I don't think so... the last couple times I have called I've waited less than five minutes.

Depends... stories about it being a long wait, stories about it being a short wait. Just depends on when you call it sounds like.

They probably make people to call to verify they understand cancellation penalties, which differ for different dates from sailing and different categories.
