If I work towards paypal on Swagbucks (or any rewards site), I could in theory then go someplace like plastic jungle and use that to buy a Disney gift card, right? The Disney cards on plastic jungle can be used in the parks, right? I know I can get to an Amazon gift card faster than paypal but I am using all funds to pay for food at DW and I really only shop on Amazon a tiny bit right before Christmas.

Plastic Jungle sells gift cards (all types and values) cheaper than you can buy them from the websites and/or stores.
There was a thread here a few weeks ago and the OP bought what she though were Disney Gift cards from Plastic Jungle and they turned out to be Disney Merchandise cards only good at the Disney Store. I would get the Amazon gift cards and use them towards things you need for the trip. (sunscreen, blister packs, they sell just about EVERYTHING on Amazon these days.)
You cant use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Does Paypal offer debit cards off that account???????????? You could use the debit to pay for the food in Disney.

You could just transfer the money into your checking or savings account connected to your paypal account. You can use it for whatever.

yep.. paypal has a debit card. I use it as my main debit card because it gives you cash back.
