If you want to be extra safe, you can show up about 15 minutes early for your ADR at BoG. We've always been able to walk right in, whenever we do that. And because you've already pre-ordered your food, it shows up at your table extremely quickly.
Pre-order at BOG is different than mobile ordering. It should be an option in you reservation on MDE to order. It will take your points if you have DDP.

Will it be an issue with preordering if we have the dining plan & I also have my Mother-in-law on my MDE? She has her own room and own meal credits. I remember it being an issue a few years ago.
You can only use one room's worth of dining credits on a preorder.
Easiest option - order for MIL on your order. Next QS, have her "pay" for one of you.
Option 2: Find an ADR for a party of 1 around the same time (doesn't need to be exact. Parties of 1 are relatively easy to find.) She preorders for her, you preorder for you. Check in at restaurant, pay for own meals, all sit together.
