We have a 3:40-4:40 FP+ to Anna and Elsa in mid-September and 6:15 reservations at Hoop Dee Doo. Does this seem like enough time? It sounds like you are supposed to get to HDDR 45 minutes early, so that is 5:30 and I have heard of long waits for A&E even with FP+. Obviously we will try to get in line right when our window starts, so I think we should be ok? (This was the earliest time we could get)

When we did A&E with a FP we were in and out in maybe 10 minutes tops. I think you'll have plenty of time to make it, especially if you do A&E right at 3:40. You can leave the MK and take the boat over to the HDDR. One of the times we did the HDDR and we were running terribly late. We showed up and were seating just as the show was starting and it was fine. Not that I'd recommend pushing it like that, but I don't think you absolutely have to be there that early.

I agree, you should be fine. We did A&E a couple weeks ago and were in and out quickly. Only twice ever have we waited more than 20 minutes with a FP and then the wait was only 30 minutes. Both cases were due to ride malfunctions earlier in the day.

We have done HDDR 3 times and it seems they only want you there 45 minutes early for the picture package. It is very much a hurry up and wait situation.

Even if A&E takes 30 minutes, that would give you plenty of time. Perhaps aim to be at the boat dock at the MK by 4:45 to 5:00. That should easily get you to Fort Wilderness by 5:30 and the HDDR is a short walk from the boat.
