Do I Get the Resort Discounts if I'm a Operating Participant?

I am unable to log into the Hub as I'm an Operating Participant CM. What I was told was that to get the resort room discount I do so by logging into the Hub, is that true or is there another way to get the discount? If so, how would i get the discount? Or do operating participants not get this discount at all? I just recently booked a room at All star Movie resort and didn't get the discount but i am wondering for next time i book. TIA
