Do Fast Passes get canceled if you cancel a room only reservation?

I already have non expiration tickets.

If I get a room only reservation and make fast passes at 60 days and later cancel that reservation to stay offsite instead, what happens to those fast passes?

Are they wiped and I have to remake them at 30 days? Or do they just stay since I still have active tickets?

Your FPs will remain although you won't be able to Modify them until you are in the 30 day window.

You can just wait and cancel the room at 29 days prior to your first park day and you'll also be fine FP-wise.
