do excursions "sell out"?

Is there the same problem with excursions as with the spa?...
that is, if you don't reserve the second you're on board you're out of luck?....
we're specifically thinking of the teens wild adventure on Castaway Cay......(there's no way of knowing in advance if they won't be too tired for this after all the late nights).....
also, can you book a room at the Atlantis/Comfort Suites in Nassau through the excursion desk?....(we're thinking of doing that so we can use the water park there)....

Some excursions do book quickly. I am not sure about the one you are speaking of, but maybe one of the teen families can comment on that one.

As for booking the Comfort Suite - no DCL does not offer a room at the Comfort Suite. You will need to do this one on your own.

do you know if there is any other way to be able to use the water park at the atlantis other than renting a day room there or at the comfort suites?
although it's probably nice to have a room if you're swimming and spending time in the sun.....then you can head to the casino and finally back to the ship...

No, the Atlantis Resort chooses to restrict access to the pools and water attractions to guests of the Atlantis Resort and the Comfort Suites.

well then i guess we'll have to take a day room....
my son took one look at that slide that ends in a glass enclosed shute through the shark pool and was in love....
it seems silly, but then again, taking a trip all that way....halfway around the world and then on board a ship, only to cut out a few pennies by not taking a day room is even sillier....
and i'm sure we'll all like it....and it will give me a chance to be on solid ground for a while (and lying in bed).....god.....i wonder if i'll survive 3 days aboard ship.....

go to www.atlantis.com and find your way to the water attractions (i think that's what it's called)....
then click on all the different slides....
i forgot what this ones called, but it's the tube slide....
there's a picture of a woman sitting on an inner tube as she slides through this square glass tunnel that goes throught the shark pool.....i have to say, it looks totally cool....
