Do double strollers fit on monorail?

We are going in April and I have a double jogging stroller 30" wide. When we went last time we only had a single stroller and had no problem driving it right on to the monorail without folding it up. Can we do the same with the double? Any ones experience.

I am thinking if it is busy you will have a problem, but maybe in slow times you cna. I'm not sure how wide the doors are, but I would think it would fit, but there is a pole in the middle, if I remember right and even with our single stroller, it didn't seem like much room and we only rode the monorail in the afternoon jsut for fun.

Yes and no. They fit in the handicapped accessable cars. When boarding you can ask if that car is full. Alot of times the CM would just automatically direct us to that car without us asking. Ours folded easily so if we weren't directed by the CM then we just looked for a seat in the back.

Ours was a tandem double and fit fine, though we took up alot of room! We typically were on the Monorail when it wasn't very busy!

What you can do is get a double umbrella stroller. They fold up really easily and you can get it on board no problem!

This may not help you since you already own your double, but for others who may be reading this for future information....we had absolutely no trouble with our Joovy (and any sit and stand model or front and back model would work). We were able to easily slide it in on one side of the regular monorail cars. We did take up the whole side....but with our family traveling with us, we all took up those seats anyway.
