Do Disney employees still get free park tickets for guests?

Have a cousin who works for Disney (office work, not a character 😁) and she gets unlimited tickets for friends, but wondered how this works now with the park reservation scheme. If we visited (thinking next April for 10 days) would we be able to go whenever as before or still have to pre book a reservation? Don't want to ask her as don't want to be seen taking advantage, even though we kinda are 🙄🙄

It’s usually not unlimited days unless they are management. Currently it’s a very limited perk. So we are either totally blocked or just 1-2 parks available, or given very short notice. Once our calendar opens we still must secure park reservations.( And we can only have 3 days at a time of those.)

I am a cm who just bought passes for my next trip. First time in many years, ouch it’s expensive.

As I had to do with my Main Entrance Pass guest admissions, if I wanted to use one of my stand alone CM comp tickets instead, I don't see why I wouldn't have to make a park rez. But who's to say that they'll still require a rez a year from now?
