I know that the Poynesian and Grand Floridian have 24 hour snack-bar type places. They are about as close to a food court as you can get. The soda machines for the refillable mugs are located there and they have limited selection of hot food items for breakfast/lunch/dinner. They also have the cold stuff, fridges with milk, juices etc. and some bakery items. Definatley not as extensive as the moderate food courts.
We were going to stay at the Beach Club last year, but opted for the Polynesian, since we could refill our mugs more easily. We normally saty at the moderates and are used to the food courts. The moderate food courts have a much bigger selcetion, but they don't have the multiple sit down options that the Deluxes have. Now that we have two kids age 3 and under, that's Ok for us for now.
