PolyAddict, I stayed in a suite at the Animal Kingdom Lodge one holiday season. There was a beautifully decorated tree in the parlor room. I do not know if this is a standard occurrence for a suite, but I thought I would mention it in case that it is. By the way, the tree had to stay in the suite after we departed, and all the decorations had to stay with it. Drats!

The answer is no. "Regular" concierge rooms are not decorated, the lounge and reception areas will be. Janet is also correct, the suites (which come with concerige access) are decorated.
Janet2k,
Thank you for posting the link to your pictures.
I enjoyed seeing the Christmas tree.
The close up pictures of the ornaments were especially nice.

There is a Christmas Tree Swap going on here on the dis, it was on the front page last time I checked. If you are interested in having a tree, you could also order one and have it shipped to your hotel, just contact the pre-planning staff for info on what to do.
In the past, the Disney Florist has designed a Christmas tree that you can buy. I think last year it sold for around $299. What I ended up doing was purchashing a 3 foot, pre-lit tree through Walmart. It was $15. I shipped it to the pre-planning department for the YC, along with some gifts that I had purchased for my kids. They went ahead and set up everything in our room prior to our arrival.
Just as an FYI, here is a picture of the Disney florist 2004 design,
