Do children count as full passengers when figuring tips?

Just wondering about this. Disney's tipping recommendations state "per guest, per cruise." (7 day cruise recommendation totals $76.25 per person, although I believe great service deserves an extra tip.) Does that mean that we should add the full amount for both of our two children also, or just add some extra in there?

The recommeded amount is for Children Also.

Yes, children are considered as a full tip. There's been quite a bit of discussion on this and the basic conclusion is, even if the children don't eat as much, the servers and cabin stewards spend quite a bit of time catering to the children. Entertaining them, making towel animals and thinking about their needs. These are the reasons.
