Do Beats go on sale?

Saw a Groupon yesterday that allegedly has them on sale (but I don't know enough about the brand to say whether that's a real discount or not):

Several stores have them on sale on BF. I've also seen them clearanced at Target but I think its only when they are replacing the ones they have with the current ones.
1 sale a day had them last week for less than MSRP.

I'm not especially helpful on this because I don't remember which store it was... But someone is going to have the Beats Solo model on Black Friday for $120 (usually $200). My son wants the more expensive Studio model so I didn't make a note of where, I just remember seeing Beats on the front cover of someone's BF ad scan @ bfads.com.

If you can't score them on Black Friday but you can get the spend $75 get a 20% off coupon at Target on Black Friday - they are not excluded from the coupon. Not as good a price though - some where around $145.

OTH - Kohl's has the Monster N-tune HD headphones on sale on BF for $99 and if you spend an extra dollar you can get $30 in Kohl's Cash. Why is this relevant? Because if you bought Beats on BF last year (or any year before this one) they would have been made by Monster. Ahh, the fickleness of rockstar/manufacturer contracts.

Watch lifehacker.com/dealhacker. If they are I sale anywhere, they will have it on their list. I've seen them several times. I got in-ear Beats for $39.99 from a sale they listed.

Is that in-store only? If it is, I'll just pay the extra $60 for not having to fight the crowds. I'm not a Black Friday in-store shopper.

Enjoy! We went to see it last night with DD12 and a minivan full of her friends and it was great, even better than the first movie I think. I wouldn't have thought a theatre full of teens and tweens could be so quiet!

There is a leaked copy of the coupon on bfads.net. Bose and apple products, gift cards, itunes cards, optical, alcohol, video games, Xbox 1, PS4, and a few other things. I can't remember it all exactly. But I was psyched because the Nook HD and Beats aren't excluded. Nor are computers, TVs If I don't manage to score them on Black Friday I'll be making one big purchase a couple of days later. I'm figuring even if I can't get what of the door busters at Target I'll go back around 6 or 7 AM and grab some non-perishable groceries. We always need cereal and bread.

If you are doing online then I'd be online as soon as Target opens the sale. Doorbuster items tend to sell out online as soon as the sale goes live. Also, for the $75/20% coupon if you head to target around 8 or 9 AM the store will be a like you would find on any other normal Friday in the AM. The crazies (me ) are already home or at the mall and most people who are just heading out for a day of shopping haven't gotten out the door yet.
