Do available contracts increase in the fall?

I read in another thread that contracts for sale go up in the fall, is this true? I been looking for 100 points at the BCV or BWV and they seem to have dried up. when I bought my BLT there seemed to be plenty of them now everything is 160 to 350 points. Just curious if there was an increase in available contracts in the fall?

As dues payment time approaches, more people will sell. You will also see a increase as defaulted owners decided to sell rather than let Disney take back their contract. This is usually after the 1st quarter.

Problem is the smaller contracts are all add-ons and the number of owners with add-ons wanting to sell is small. It's the first timers that didn't realize what they were buying and what the true costs are, not the seasoned owners.

At AKV alone Disney has gotten back almost 60,000 points through foreclosure proceedings and other reasons.
