do Ap rates get put back into sytems with cancelations

got an email this morning and guess i should have called right away( duh for me) so all the mods except CB were gone, my last choice for sure. all other mod. ap rooms booked for early Dec except a suite or two at CS....anyone remember if more rooms open up later due to cancelations or do do any cancellations just go back to regular rates. if not guess CB will be it, oh well never stayed there but never heard anything good about it either

One cm I spoke too (had to call 3 times ) said to call back for that exact reason. She said that they can hold the room but it goes back into the system if they don't get a deposit. I hope she was right

We were told the same thing PLUS she said that sometimes more rooms are opened up to the discount if the first batch goes so quickly.

I was asleep at the switch. I believed the Thursday date for codes to come out. Went to work - came home and checked my e-mail and there it was. But it said for an AP holder here you go - 24 hours notice ahead of us releasing the code. But then I looked at Mousesavers and it was already there so I knew we had no shot - a whole day had passed already.

Last year it took us 3 days to finalize our plans. It took my DH numerous calls before getting a discount and we had to change up our plans a bit to make it work.

I will have to make it my job for next year to just check every day in August since we are going for longer next year. I did notice that the discount rates are much higher for two places we check out - AKL Concierge and Poly Concierge - like 100 bucks higher..

But I have to have my disney fix....
