Do any rooftop cargo boxes come with crossbars?

I was looking at an ad for Karrite but I can't tell if it comes with it's own crossbar assembly or if that's something I have to get separately.

When I checked with Saturn--ordering from them I would have to purchase the rack which I guess is the cross bars you are talking about (I already have a roof rack--this would be the cross piece). [not a karrite--just whatever they sold didn't include them]

I just checked their site--they do have a contact us link that you could probably inquire. But typically if something is not mentioned, it is not included and they have no mention of cross bars.
