Do all US States get mail on Saturday's??

Just wondering if most/all US States get snail mail on Saturday's? I *think* some Canadian cities may be mail on Saturday's, but nowhere near me. Only 5 days a week here. Thanks for any info!

as far as I know yes. That was a major pet peeve when I was living Canada no mail on Saturday.

We get mail on Saturdays in GA. One of my aunts lives in a tiny (we're talking 1 stoplight tiny) town in Texas that is primarily 7th Day Adventist. Since they celebrate the Sabbath on Saturday, no mail is delivered on Saturdays in her town.

In thoery yes.. you are supposed to.

But for two of the last three Saturdays, I've gotten nothing... no junk, no bills, no forwarded mail, (I get lots of mail every day, )

I think the carrier just says "Heck with it!" and goes home...

Yes, but I remember the US Postal service was thinking of cutting it out to save money. I don't know if anything is ever going to come of it.

In my little town we actually didn't get mail delivery any day of the week, everyone had to rent a po box and go to the PO and pick up your mail every day or two. Now they have started an optional mail delivery and several homes now sport mail boxes out front, lol. They do deliver on Saturdays though. I've since moved out into the county and so I have rual mail delivery and that does include sats too.

We get mail delivery on Saturday here in NJ. As many others have said, I think Sat. mail delivery is nation-wide.

My husband is a letter carrier. Yes, every state does have mail delivered on Sat. They even get to deliver in these very cold temps.
