Do ALL of the Jambo House Villas Face the Sunset Savannah?

I am considering staying in a studio villa in January, but understand that the Sunset Savannah will be closed then. I know that many of the "Jambo House" villas (I believe this is the main building?) face the sunset savanna, but do any of them face other savannas? I mean, if there's absolutely no chance of facing another savanna, I guess I wouldn't book that room.

Thanks.

The villas take up the entire (but small) sixth floor and almost the entire 5th. So there are many, many villas facing the other trails as well as the pool and a few face the front of the lodge.

All of the DVC villas at AKV-Jambo House are on the 5th floor and there are rooms that face all three savannas.

The few DVC concierge villas at AKV-Jambo House are on the 6th floor and the ones that have a savanna view only face the Sunset savanna.

I am very curious to know how a villa can be located on the 6th floor?

Well, they just are. There are five two BR lockoffs on the 6th. Three face the Sunset Savannah and two the pool. 2 BR lockoffs are composed of a studio and a one bedroom and can be booked that way, too.

There are no AKL rooms on the 6th now....just those few villas and the lounge.

Before the AKV were constructed in Jambo House, these sixth floor rooms were the smoking rooms for Concierge. They are the only rooms actually located on the same floor as the concierge lounge. Three two bedroom villas face the Sunset Savanna and two face the pool.

Deb, I think the rooms facing the pool were smoking optional. All rooms in the Royal Palm Club at the GF were too. WDW knew how to remove that smell very well...or not many guests actually smoked.

Bit confused - sorry... haven't had my coffee!
So only concierge villas have the sunset view? And all non-concierge villas (studios) are either pool, parking lot or other savannah views?
In otherwords, booking a studio villa that is non-concierge will not have a sunset savannah/construction view?

No. Leaving the concierge villas out of the equation, there are savannah view villas facing each savannah and on every trail. Almost the entire fifth floor is DVC. So just request one of the other savannahs.
