DO AKV studios have a freezer?

Not sure if those mini fridges have a freezer section.
Also how much is it to rent an additional fridge?

Yes, there is a small freezer section.

I don't think the deluxe resorts have refrigerator to rent.
All the rooms already have them.
The freezer section is tiny.
Maybe fits 3 bottles of water.
I wouldn't put ice cream in it.

However, there was a member who posted a photo of her refrigerator in her studio villa that did not have a freezer section. She thought it might be because it was handicap accessible and the counter was lower.

That was me and yes, the counter was lower, but it was not a Handicapped Accessible studio. It was a value studio, the third value studio I've had, but the first without a freezer section in the fridge. Maintenance tried to bring me a new refrigerator with a freezer, when I called about not having a freezer, but when they brought it, we found out that the counter wasn't quite high enough (maybe the counter was built by a student, who hadn't quite measured right). I think that pic is awesome...where else you could post a question about a fridge at a specific world class resort and get a pic of one....I love the Dis. I mean is there a Marriot forum somewhere that serves its members or guest like this?

Thanks! That's so much nicer than DH's comments-"where else would you find someone nuts enough to take pictures of a refrigerator?" I've also got a picture of the Kidani ladies room off the lobby. Don't we DISers take some "unique" pictures?

You make me feel so much better. I have pictures of the ladies room down the hall from Sanaa (DH thinks I'm nuts) I just loved all the stone and granite.

Boy, that restroom took up about 20 minutes of our Disser meeting a few months back....why only one stall? Lovely decor, but why only one stall? Especially if you are traveling there for a spicy African meal. Then I personally used that restroom and enjoyed the experience very much...it is beautiful!! Seriously, it is!!
