Do 2 year olds get a pass to get in park

I have a 7yr, 4yr and almost 2 yr. I want to go back to Disney again next year but can't afford to stay at Old Key again. We were looking at Pop Century but really only wanted to get 1 room instead of 2 rooms, the rule says only 4 to a room. But I was thinking since my daughter was only 2 she doesn't even sleep in a bed yet and would be happy with a pack n play. I really wanted to save money and get 1 room and maybe fly this time instead of driving. I forget if they actually give you a card to get in the gate for children under 3.

Question: Do I really have to mention that my daughter who will be 2 1/2 will be staying in the room, or does she actually get a card to get in the park?

I think you should include your daughter in the reservations to avoid any questions when you check in. However, the "official" WDW guidebook doesn't seem to "count" a child under 3 in the room occupancy maximum so it looks like you should be a able to get just one room for your family.

When we went to DLR last year, DD didn't get a ticket/pass. I know our local Zoo does that even for the free kids under 3 so I'd hoped DLR would too so we'd have that as a souvenir. If WDW doesn't, I may make one for DD to carry in her waist pack.

Disney doesn't count children under 3 for their room capacity. Your family of 5 will be considered 4 + an infant and it is perfectly ok to book 1 room at POP. Include her on your guest list and it will be noted on your reservation.

We did this at All Star Movies in November with our 3 boys who were 7, 4, and 2. Disney provided the pack n play. Many people will tell you that you'll be way too crowded but we were just fine. We even had the stroller in the room half the time. For us, I couldn't see getting 2 rooms, I knew the kids would have ended up with us anyway. And if Disney allows it, then take advantage of it while it lasts! Our youngest just turned 3 which presents a Disney dilema for us.

Hope that helps.

I dont know the answer to your question but when I made food reservations for our summer trip I was told I had to count my grandson (5 months old and does not sit in a high chair yet) for all my food and Illuminatins cruise reservations. They said its a code thing they have to count everybody. It was a bummer because making reservations for 6 would have been much easier than making reservations for 7 (counting my Grandson) Often I had to shift my time to fit us in.

Oh the park pass part of the question: The answr is no. I had my 2 year 11 onth olf grandaughter and no pass given or needed.
No one even questioned me about her age except the gate at Animal Kingdom and I told them shes 3 September 8th and they let us in no problem.
