Does anybody know when/if the Disney Store online puts DCL merchandise on sale? We are going on a cruise in December and I would rather pick up some stuff on sale before the cruise if possible so I won't be tempted to buy at full price on the ship.

In my experience, there are relatively few DCL items available online through the Disney Store, and selection often varies (there one month, next month it's gone but something else may be offered). As for discounting prices...good luck! Sign up for emails and you'll know when they offer specials, but I honestly never find much DCL on sale.

I have no dates or seasons, but I believe it would follow the sales for the park merchandise, at least most of the time...

I have seen DCL merchandise at the Character Outlet stores, but it is hit or miss also.
