Ok, so I just let Disney know (online) about our flight info. I'm entering the information and it looks to me that I can only put in one arriving and one departing flight info. My sister is arriving and departing on different dates than I. I'll call the res line tomorrow, but was thinking one of y'all might have an answer (I've gotten some VERY GOOD info here )

I"ve had the same situation. My dh left 4 days before we did last June. I did have to talk to DME directly though. But all went quite smoothly. And for my May trip, my dh and dd will be arriving 36 hrs. later than me....so there will be a difference again. If you talk to a person directly, you should be fine.

Do you just call the regular reservation line to reserve DME? Or is there a separate number you must call? Or can you do it online?

When I did DME online I was able to scroll down and enter Flight #2 information for my mother who is coming in on another flight. However, when I received e-mail confirmation they had not scrolled down and entered her info. I e-mailed them back and got it straightened out. I didn't call anyone.
