DME - wrong time on reservation

I just noticed in the booklet I got from Disney Magical Express, it has the correct date of our flights and the correct flight #, but it has the wrong arrival time. There are two flights for that day under that flight number, the one arriving in Orlando that we'll be on and one departing Orlando later that day and arriving in NY. It shows the arrival time for the flight arriving in NY. I called DME and they said as long as they had the correct flight # that it wouldn't be a problem. Do you think this will mess things up? Our flight is scheduled to arrive at 1:50pm. The arrival time listed in the booklet is 5:01pm. Will they be looking for our bags from the 1:50 flight? Thanks.

We've used ME 3 times and have been in a similar situation to yours on one occation. never had a problem. Our bags have always shown up within 2 to 3 hours and always make it back to the airport and onto the correct flight without a hitch. i wouldn't worry at all.

If you and/or your bags show up early, no problem.

Your vouchers (not collected until you go home) are scanned when you get to the welcoming area, and then the baggage is dispatched out of the ME holding area at the airport.

The inbound flight informations is mainly used to guestimate when folks will be arriving throughout the day.

It's the outbound flight time that is used to generate your departure time, so that one is the important time. DME's system polls the airline system to get flight times from numbers, so if there's a duplicate flight number, it tends to get confused. (and rightfully so)

You'll get a transportation notice on your door the day prior to departure. Just go over that information to make sure that it's correct, and you'll be all set. Any questions about it, just visit the lobby concierge.

Thanks for the info. I was just concerned that we'd be back at the resort for hours with no one picking up our bags.

The night before we leave do we have to contact DME or do we get notified of the time for our departure? Thanks.
