DME when traveling separately

Girls trip planned in Feb. If we are traveling separately and meeting up at WDW, do we each get our own DME packet or does it all come to me since I am the lead name on reservation? If it comes to me that means my friends won't have the voucher certificate that is included with the DME packet. I recently used DME for the first time and had to show that at the DME check-in counter where it was stamped and then scanned at the bus. What will my friends do without this? If it all comes to me then I guess I will need to send all luggage tags along to them?

Question #2... one friend leaves about 30 mins prior to me. Although I'd appreciate having those extra 30 mins at WDW, will I be able to board the DME bus back to the airport with her, so that she is not traveling alone?

1. One package is sent, generally to the lead person on the reservation. You can make as many copies as you want, including the room reservation, and send/fax them to others. Do mark on the copies the names of the persons travelling so extraneous persons cannot be slipped in. If someone else is going to become the lead person after arrival, you can send the original package but you should make a copy for yourself in case the package got lost in the mail.

2. Yes you can reserve a Magical Express bus back to the airport more than 3 hours in advance. Last minute modifications can be made up to a day in advance of the return date desired. No, you may not simply board an earlier bus not reserved for you.
