DME ? (Time Frame)

after we land and make our way to the DME counter.. how long will it be before the bus leave the airport to the resorts... we are staying at SSR, will people staying at AKL also be on our bus? Do we get our own bus, does it need to be full before it leaves for the resort??

My timeframe from landing to arriving at my resort has generally been about 70 minutes.
Once you get pass the counter you wait in line for your bus, my experience has varied here, but generally I have only waited about 10 minutes for a bus. On most occasions the bus fills up pretty quickly. Twice though I have been on buses where there were only a few people. Other posters have indicated that they have been on buses where the bus has not left until the bus was at least partially full, but I have not had that experience.
On the few times I've gone to the AKL the SSR was not one of the resorts included in the trip. I would think that those on the bus for the SSR would include other Downtown Disney resorts, like OKW or POR and POFQ. Most likely you will not have your own bus, the trips I've been on have always been for 3 or 4 resorts in the trip.

When we rode DME to POFQ, we stopped at OKW and SSR. AKL was not one of the resorts they stopped at. 70 minutes is a good average time from landing to checking in at the resort.

You can never be sure of the bus route, but it would be amazing to have someone at SSR and AKL on the same bus since you really cant be much farther apart then those 2 . I guess if it was later at night and there were very few people MAYBE they would do something like that, but wow, that would be a new one..

Oh yea, we have taken as short as just barely an hour from landing to CSR to about 2 hours. The other 2 times I would have to say right about 70-80 minutes though..
