Those of you going in August have you received your DME tags yet? I am waiting for mine to arrive so I can spread the joy of the yellow tags with my brother.
I called on Sunday to confirm ME and because I hadn't received my tags. I wasn't in the system for ME even though I have e-mail confirmation from when I sent them my info in MAy. They expressed the tags and I got them this morning. Call if you havent received them.
one is the normal amount now since people have to pay for luggage. I guess they noticed people were mostly using 1 tag. you have to ask for multiple tags now.

I haven't received mine yet and I think my dates are similar to yours. My sister (TA in Texas) booked for me this time, so I'll email her and see if she has them yet.

We leave September 2nd and received our DME a couple of weeks ago. We got our vouchers and luggage tags yesterday. If you go in August and haven't received them yet, I would give them a call. Good luck and have fun on your trip
We are DVC members so we book direct through Disney. I have a few confirmations from member services that our info has been given to DME; including flight changes that recently occured.
It's been my poor luck as of late however that I've gotten my tags last minute each time. I'd like to have them in my hands at least a week before my trip if possible to alleviate the calls I make home while I am at work asking if the tags were received! lol
OK so I call Member Services for DVC to check on my tags--
They were mailed mid July --- she reads out the address, I say "ummm." she pauses..."We mailed them back to us." she says. I was using Dev Points and they mailed them back to the Development department

Yes I am happy I didn't wait longer thinking they'll get here tomorrow LOL.... by the time I'd have been really worried it would have been too late.
Originally the woman said her supervisor said it was too late to deliver but I mentioned several times DME had expressed docs to me when I had regular bookings. I just have a bad deal with DME tickets. Seems I never get them without me calling to ask. I should make my hubby do all the planning and booking next time. Maybe things will work out better tags wise.
We go September 10th and we received out tags about 2 weeks ago and they were wrong. Left my husband out and he wasn't very happy.
I called right away and we had the correct luggage tags 2 days later by UPS.
