We will arrive at MCO at noon. We will use DME to get to CBR. Does the CBR bus always take the same route? Are there other stops before CBR? I would expect with the size of CBR that it would be the only stop? If so, if a whole busload gets off at he same time, what will the checkin wait time be like? Any suggestions to beat the rush?

Usually it will be on a route with nearby resorts. And despite its size, CBR is almost never the only stop.

There's no set route, depends on who's on the bus and from which resorts.

The last time down, we stopped at SSR and OKW, and then CBR.

DME has no set stops; it is based on demand. Buses are always grouped together in order to fill them as quickly as possible to get them over to the World. You will not be on a bus with just CBR people; sometimes it is 3 resorts, sometimes 4. The driver chooses what order to go.

The DME bus only stops at the main building, similar to all other resorts, for check-in. Since you will be getting there say around 1:30 pm or so, expect a lot of people if it is a busy week.

My first trip was to CBR, but I had the land/sea package back then and you checked in at the cruise desk. There was about a handful of us at the cruise desk. The regular check-in desk on a Sunday was wrapped around five times and almost out the door, but while it was not a busy week, it was a busy check-in day.

I now stay Saturday to Saturday and find it much easier to check-in; almost my flight arrives around 9:15 am, so I am usually there before 11 am, so it gets a lot easier to check-in.

Varies depending on the time of day and year for that matter. Last two trips I've taken CBR has been the first stop coming from the airport followed by YC/BC and lastly BWI.

Our last trip, our DME bus was far from full. It had a couple other families and us. We did stop at CBR (our resort) first, but as others have said this is not a set thing. We walked right up to the checkin desk too, but we did arrive around 11AM, so pretty early compared to the majority. If there is a line at checkin, I would just stand in it. It doesn't take that long.

Ours was SSR, CBR, Boardwalk, Yacht Club, and then Beach Club.

That is what happens when I arrive the Saturday after Thanksgiving; they are so busy just shuttling people back to the airport to go home and get that extra day before the kids go back to school, they don't even fill the bus.

I have been to POR the last six times and we have never been on the same route once - other than POFQ first.

When I stayed at CBR it first stopped at AoA and Pop. There really is a variety of routes, isn't there!
