DME Routes Question

We will be arriving MCO at 11:10 AM Sept 24, 2010. This will be first time using DME and were wondering the route? We are staying at the Yatch Club and wondering with a late morning arrival if there will be buses ready to go? Normally we rent a car but will be getting it at the Swan and Dolphin for a better rate. Any help advice would be appreciated.

The buses are continuous and there is no set route. There is an average of 70 minutes from stepping off your plane to arriving at your resort.
